  5. Imago is multithread image search and download tool. Starting from any 
  6. given web URL address, it scan all the URL link pointing to images 
  7. and download the images to your local machine. User can filter desired 
  8. image files based on file size and modified time. User can also adjust 
  9. the URL depth for image scanning. The downloaded image is displayed as 
  10. thumbnails in real time.

  13. ============<How to use>================
  14. 1.
  15. First add the website/Base URL you want Imago start from. You can do this
  16. from file menu.

  18. 2.
  19. Define the search option. From Tool->Option to invoke option dialog.
  20. Here you can define the size of the image file you want. You can also define
  21. the file last modified time for the images you are interested.

  23. The search depth is defined as following:
  24. Depth=0, 
  25.     Imago only scan/download image under the base URL.
  26. Depth=1, 
  27.     Imago scan/download image under the base URL; In addition, if it find an URL 
  28.     (under the base URL) pointing to a image on another machine or outside of Base 
  29.     URL, Imago also scan/download it for you.
  30. Depth=2. 
  31.     Imago do both depth 0 and depth 1. In addition, if it find an URL point to 
  32.     a page on another machine or outside of Base URL, and the page containing link
  33.     point to a image, it scan and download the image for you.

  35.     Does this confuse you? At least I am confused by what I am trying to say. But 
  36.     anyway the Depth can continue to increase, but the search speed will slow and 
  37.     resource consuming.

  39. Depth=-1. 
  40.     This actually means Depth unlimited, if you dare to try.

  43. As Imago find the qualified image files, it will download to your machine and display 
  44. them as thumbnails.
